Tournament Begin from Friday Sep 12, 2008.

How to Win: Win a match duel (2 out of 3 duels).
Deadline Date: 48 hours EST. 2 days.
Restricted format: Refer to the latest ban list of September 2008. Download it in wi-fi.
Card that are available to use in decks: (You must restrict or take out these cards if you have them in certain decks below.): Refer to the list below.
Banned (you cannot use these): 5 Exodia pieces. Marshmallon, Level Limit - Area B, Reversal Quiz, Self-Destruction Button.
Limited (you may have 1 of these): Manticore of Darkness; Demise, King of Armageddon; Evil Hero Dark Gaia.
Semi-Limited (you may have 2 of these): Red Gadget, Jinzo, Light and Darkness Dragon, Mobius the Frost Monarch, Green Gadget, Yellow Gadget, Dimensional Prison, Just Desserts, Secret Barrel.
- The latest ban list will be used along with these cards being restricted or taken out in certain decks. The reason is that I want players to have fun dueling, and when they lose, they will lose on learning to improve their strategies, not by defeated by obvious and cheap strategies.

(and as usual if a person doesn't want to duel, or fail to show up, he/she will be disqualify)

I have a question. Can you use more than one deck in the tournament? Like for example if I win my duel, can I use a different deck against my next opponent?

To your 1st opinion, that's why we have a register spot. You go and see who registers and you added them. Then you come here to post about confusions before the tournament timing. On the tournament timing you post who wins, lose, or cheated/not duel.
I ban Exodia because I'm trying to take out all the possibilities of OTK strategies. Exodia can be used with Heart of the Underdog for 3 turn OTK, or Exodius combine with Diffusion Wave-Motion combine with Ojama Trio.
And also I added Manticore of Darkness because having 2 with card of the Safe Return can gives you a perfect hand and make you keep drawing untill you have the 6 main cards to OTK your opponent next turn. Easy combo is with Next to be Lost.
- Tournament Registry - Sign up with names FC, and requesting your opponent for the preliminary round. (Read the rules of which cards to use or not to use)
- Tournament Stadium (New Name) - Post who wins. Discuss all things and confusions. feel free to talk about anything relating to the tournament and also you can talk to your opponent here as well.
- Yu-Gi-Oh! Hall of Fame - This is were everything that begins ends. Members are allow to post and congrats the winner or the second champion. As well as the third champion. Pics will be updated with relevant infos.
- - - This is how this should have been and how it should be whenever there is a tournament. From the previous Tag Tournament, the tournament hoster keep his until the tournament was over which was a bad choice. Though I warned KWC about it and he told me to let it go. He knew what I was saying because all the rules and the format of this tourney is officially organized by ME. But he didn't want to have trouble or deal with emotional issues with others so he let it slip away.
Finally I can host a tourney here, and I hope this example follows through to the future ones.

Light, you are out. The opponent that takes over is Alex Cruz. I randomly select 4 different names and shuffled them. His name came up. Now there are 3 more Third party duelists. In case if someone like you are out in the future, I'll repeat the same step over again.

Right I was a third party duelist and I replaced light. But to let u know I have an old Netgear and mite have promblems.
