September 2008 tournament registry!!

Advance Format of September. (All Spot are now taken)

Tournament Host: Supreme King
How to Win: Win a match duel (2 out of 3 duels).
Restricted format: Refer to the latest ban list of September 2008. Download it in wi-fi.
Card that are available to use in decks: (You must restrict or take out these cards if you have them in certain decks below.):
Banned (you cannot use these): Marshmallon, Level Limit - Area B, Reversal Quiz, Self-Destruction Button
Limited (you may have 1 of these): Demise, King of Armageddon, Evil Hero Dark Gaia
Semi-Limited (you may have 2 of these): Red Gadget, Jinzo, Light and Darkness Dragon, Mobius the Frost Monarch, Green Gadget, Yellow Gadget, Dimensional Prison, Just Desserts, Secret Barrel.
- The latest ban list will be used along with these cards being restricted or taken out in certain decks. The reason is that I want players to have fun dueling, and when they lose, they will lose on learning to improve their strategies, not by defeated by obvious and cheap strategies.

Max Number of Duelists: 16 people
Date and Time for Dueling: You have 2 days to go against your opponent! If the tournament starts on Friday, then...you have Friday, Saturday and Sunday to start the next round. Use Communication Central to chat if you don't like giving your AIM/MSN/Other IMs
Disqualification: Disconnecting when you're about to lose, using the wrong ban list or using certain ban and restricted cards, and being too lazy to face your opponent pass the day deadline mark. Also there may be other violations but you're all just too smart to play unfair. ^_~
How to Chat/Communicate?: You and your opponent will find the easiest way to communicate with each other. Set a time, give each other your AIM/MSN, or go to our site's chatroom http://konamiworldchampionship.webs.com/chatcentral.htm
How to know what time zone we use: Refer to the clock at the top of the forum. We use that time.
Notice: This tournament start within 48 hours on a weekend as soon as there are 16 people that sign up. I'll be the last so I'll give others chances to sign up before me. In other words, It'll start when we have have 16 or more participant and on a Friday.

Note 1: if you feel you know everyone and you have certain score to settle request that person so you'll face them on the preliminary round. If you don't request certain opponent you'll be randomly chosen as someone else would to duel you. (Within 48 hours EST all report all result)
Note 2: When something said sign up, you sign up. Your name and everything mentioned like signing paperwork or an application. YOU MUST INCLUDE EVERYTHING REQUIRED. You may be taken out if you just post, "My Fc is my signature."
Ex: If we have 16 people, and this tournament starts on Friday, from Thursday we have one more registry and the total player is 17. I'll take one out depending on their application failure and if the new person sign up perfectly, he/she will be switch. If everyone sign up correctly, I'll just lock this thread and wait until the Friday to start this tourney, so your spot won't be taken if you follow this simple task.
